Shades Ambasadors
Shades is an amazing programme developed Ni-Cola, a member the Children Changing Places Team. The project looks at the injustice of racism and the importance of loving you neighbour, something that at Bishop Bridgeman is at the hear of our school vision.
We have Shades ambassadors that meet every week and work with Ni-Cola and members of staff. Shades ambassadors have delivered a profound worship and speak up and speak out about the injustice of racism and develop activities with the other ethos leadership teams to promote equality and fairness.
Ethos Leadership Team looked closely at the recommendations left by the research carried out by the Ethos Explorers group. In response to two of the recommendations from the research Bishop Bridgeman engage in the CCPP Shades project
